I am currently in the process of researching perched beaches. I know what a perched beach is and what it's impact is on the shore/environment, but anyone tell me a round about figure to have this done. How much it could costs? Let's say approx. 20'L x 7' deep. There is already a beach that has been there for over 50yrs.

Also-what would the process be to obtain a permit? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
