Thumbs up Winsor Homes, Meredith NH

dykg

We went throught Winsor Homes in Meredith when we built our Modular Home.
Dave and Cathy Winsor are very easy to work with. They will work with you to design the Home YOU want. It's not just here are the models we sell.

Dave can handle every thing from the site work on up to the landscaping. Or you may choose to sub out some of the jobs yourself. I handled the site work, septic system, and HAVC myself. The only problem here is your contactor has to be on the same time table as Dave. I would highly recomend letting Dave cordinate the foundation work. If the foundation is not to spec you can have some real difficulties lining up the modular sections.

They say there is 1/3rd more structural lumber in a Modular than a STICK Built. I guess thats why there in good shape when the arrive at the work site.

One of the best things about a Modualar Home is they never lay open to the weather like most stick built homes.

The most exciting day in the construction of a modular home is the day when they set the "boxes" on the foundation. Before the day is done you almost feel like you could move right in.
