Exclamation In NH it's NH law that matters

No NoBozo in NH it's NH rules that count. You must be at least 16 years old and have a valid Boater Education Safety Certificate to drive a boat or PWC. Even if a parent holds a valid certificate and sits beside their 16+ year old the kid needs a certificate. Under 16 years different rules apply. I don't think you can even get a certificate in NH until you are 16. You can take the NH exam at 15.5 years but they won't issue the certificate until 16 I recall.

Just because it is the rule or law in RI does not mean it is OK in NH. When in doubt, check it out.
