I don't think the "Shibley Family Influence" would have anything to do with it. Think about the cost of a mortgage for even $750,000, and then think about how much you would have to make each month just to break even, never mind make a profit. To fully utilize that space, you would need quite a waitstaff, kitchen staff, chefs/cooks, and be reasonably priced so as to attract customers YEAR ROUND. I have also heard that there are possible septic issues and possible structural issues.
