I did some digging and found out what had to be done. You have to go to:

www.nhboatingeducation.com
then on the left there is a link for documents and forms which bring you to this site address:

http://www.nh.gov/safety/divisions/s...ged/forms.html

use the form that is called:

Replacement Card Payment Form

add in my new address and send in a check for $10 for a new card

Can you believe that we have to pay to amend addresses on these things to.
And yes you can get in trouble for not having matchign information, she would not tell me what, but I am sure it is something small but you probably would not look good in the eyes of the MP if they stop you.

I think this isa crazy, half the price of the card to begin with, mine is only a year old and never expires. So just a warning to you all.
