Similar to fl 22 by Littlemark Island, you are expected to pass to the East of the black buoy by Treasure, just as you are expected to pass to the North of the black buoy by fl 25 at the end of Rattlesnake Island.
Or, you could do whatever and have some props customized by Captain Crunch.
