Sawyers have always been a favorite with the family. My Dad was a good friend of the original owner. I think his name was George. Food was superb and the helping were humongous during the 50's thru 70's.
When George retired and the boys took over, it seems the portions and the quality was up and down every year. The last few years it was par. The new owners were no better. I think the fries are a bit greasy.
