The map you are referring to is an old Boston and Maine Railroad map that I have hanging in my office at work. It can be found at many places around the lake (Black's and the Art Place in Wolfeboro used to carry them) and can be had for a lot less than $233.75!! It is a really nice piece....suitable for framing!
