A Nascar race is no place for a sitting president. The security requirements are just too great, and make it a real pain for regular citizens that go. I Remember a president attending a NASCAR race -- it was Darlington 1992 -- and the president was booed so resoundingly that his face turned bright red, and he left before the start of the race.)
