There were some "mega-bites" missing when I took this shot (I think Don mentioned something like that). The cake was excellent. A delight for the palate.
I did not analyze the ingredients or the filling material. I didn't want to break down the cake formula,
I just wanted to eat it 
I'm sure you'll get the official "culinary" type information from Darcy. I just call it
yummy.
