I second Brewster. My brother went there (I did KUA) and it is a very nice location. As was mentioned the Boat House could be a good place to set up seating and food.

There is no way that I would want to rent out my house for an event like this. The liability would be HUGE and you would no doubt have to take a special rider on the insurance. On top of that with all those people the landscape would take a beating and have to be redone no doubt. The cost could be well in excess of 20 grand by the time you added it all up. Don't get me wrong I hope that you find what you are looking for, but you may need to bend in your requirements a bit.
