And we were eating there at least once a week during the summer...trying to support the locals. If we got there and were in the middle of those meals being cooked, because the kitchen is pretty small, food might take a little longer to get out. Sorry you feel the service is slow. We enjoy the food and the service and hope he is able to open in 2009.
