90% of fisherman I see on the lake ice fishing are breaking the law then. I can understand that law on the trails but not on an open frozen lake.

What about when people are towing their bob houses around the lake by rope??...

Hopefully and I'm pretty certain, this is one of those common sense laws that Fish & Game would certainly ignore while ice fishing.
