The center is near Block Island and deepening rapidly. Pressures are falling very rapidly to the NE of the storm center, so the storm is still moving NE and not out to sea. A dry slot worked its way up from the Manchester area into the lakes region. That dry slot is filling in on radar. Snow should intensify soon.

Thisis still a major storm that will give us 12+ inches and a lot of wind later tonight. It should snow for another six to ten hours.
