USPS United States Postal Service?????? Never mind, just kidding. I know, I know, power squadron.

It will always be a license to me since I need to carry it with me when I take my boat out and it looks like a license, so from henceforth I declare that when I say boat license you will know what I mean. If confused please refer back to this post.
