Thanks, Gunner - I did not know that! I wondered what on earth they were thinking! The funny thing is that I had ordered sandwiches there before and never had that style. I guess that open-face style is a Reuben thing? I've seen turkey and meatloaf sandwiches that way, but never a Reuben!
