Yeah I guess my real concern with the post and the reason I call it a troll and still do. Is the whole "MORTIFIED" comment.
I did some research on the subject and a lot of restaurants crack it for you. Most do it on demand, a few do it automatically. Either way does it affect the taste?

So my concern with the post lies with the phrasing and subsequent "I'm and expert because I've dined on Lobster here and abroad." comment.
