I suspect you're kidding, but you might actually be onto something there.

A good HAWAIIAN restaurant is a delightful thing.

There's one near me here on the left coast; many of there dishes incorporate Spam, which is a staple not only in Hawaii but on other Pacific Islands with a strong prior U.S. presence.
