Default Doesn't make sense....

In the article about Bahre being the highest taxpayer in the town I noticed something that doesn't seem right. Here is the breakdown.

1. Bahre
$18,902,700 in property value
$318,154 in taxes
($16.831/$1000.00)

2. Newton Porter Foundation
$4,717,000 in property value
$79,434 in taxes
($16.839/$1000.00)

3. William Higgins
$4,496,200 in propterty value
$75,716 in taxes
($16.830/$1000.00)

4. Barbara Fortier
$4,422,487 in property value
$74,474 in taxes
($16.839/$1000.00)

5. NH Electric Cooperative
$4,438,300 in property value
$54,014 in taxes
($12.169/$1000.00)

Now I know that the top 4 having about .01 descrepency is just from rounding but how come NH electric is only paying $12.169 per $1000.00 when the others are paying $4.67 per one thousand more than NH electric?
