This guy/gal scared the Bajesus out of me when I walked out my front door just now. He was lounging on my deck in the sun, until I almost stepped on it.

He/she was around last summer too. I think it lives under my deck in a large hole. I saw it when I was doing some adding on to the deck but didn't think it was a ground hog. I thought maybe a skunk or something. Funny but when I was staining the deck last weekend I thought I smelled something like a wet dog under there. I guess I know now!
