Although you can marinate by yourself ( obviously ), The Wine'ing butcher has steak tips that you just cannot do yourself,especially with bottled marinade. To everyone, I STRONGLY recommend their BBQ molasses tips....absolutely to die for!! Once a month we get them as a treat for ourselves as they are a bit pricey but well worth the cost
