I have both. I got Verizon for personal and ATT for work. Verizon has coverage pretty much everywhere. If you using ATT for just phone service the coverage isn't too bad. They use Unicell and an area code must be dialed for every number but I get signal pretty much everywhere from Gilford up to Moultonboro. I really don't venture out to Alton or Wolfboro much so not sure how the coverage is there.

The problem with ATT is when you are trying to use internet capabilities. This is where there coverage is terrible up here. My 3G card in my computer doesn't work anywhere.
