...but no increase for kayaks, canoes, rowboats, water tricycles, peddle boats, pontoon bicycles, rubber duckies, or sailboats under 12'......which means they continue to pay no fee....that makes sense....best not to be charging human power....and just charge motor power....ie boats with engines and sailboats 12' and longer will pay more...
That will probably make for less motor boats on the water, and more of the small, human powered boats, like kayaks. It's a kayak world.........
