Gunstock Mountain Resort accident

Many chairlift platforms have a large netting area below to catch people for just this incident. Don't remember if this one had one. Very flukey accident.

In another recent thread, someone mentioned they were charged something like $5,000 this past winter by the Gilford Fire Dept for ambulance transport from the Gunstock ski area to Lakes Region Hospital in Laconia with a fractured hand skiing injury.

So, how much for this D-HART helicopter ambulance transport from Gunstock to the Hanover, NH hospital where the D-HART is based?

Once at the hospital, it was determined that the female victim's injuries were so serious that she, too, needed to be taken to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, so the helicopter was called back.
