Smile Thank You Center Harbor People

A deep sincere thanks to all of you who helped at the Center Harbor docks this afternoon with our medical emergency. You all were awesome!!!!!

Our 16 mos old grandaughter had a febrile seizure onboard, what a disconcerting feeling!! You all did great helping us getting her ashore with no available docking and helping console all. Nice job securing the boat as I was two steps behind her. We cannot thank you all enough.

We got another lesson in life. While we had the bimini up the whole time, fed and gave her drink, the warm dry air tooks its toll, especially with the life vest being on. We were not out all that long so it was very deceiving. Bottom line is in the future we will watch the length of time a life vest is on which means numerous dock stops.

Again, mucho thanks, we all appreciate what you did.

Default what is a febrile seizure?

Oh my God. All I can say is I am glad you were blessed with people who could help you.

Our daughter, who suffers from Celiac Disease, had a problem many years ago, and the "Doctor" at the hospitall in Wolfeboro, Huggins, would have sent her to her grave.

What is your daughter's name? I will say a prayer for her.

Default Whew!

That brought tears to my eyes Itchin.
What a relief that there was a happy ending to this scary story.

Default Prayers

She's in our prayers! Thank heavens there were so many helpful folks about. Surely this story restores my faith in human nature and simple good manners. There are indeed gracious humans among us.

Default You are all in our prayers

Thank goodness she is alright.

You know, I always tell my friends that it is best not to bring their little ones to the boat in the heat, as we stay out all day!

However, I NEVER knew that such a thing could happen! I am so sorry that you had to go through such a horrible experience. Also, as happy as you I am sure that you had wonderful people around to help!

Thank you for sharing your story and educating us at some of the dangers of the heat for our little ones!!!!!!
