Need Road Maintenance

My neighborhood is looking for someone to do yearly maintenance on our dirt road in Moultonborough. The fellow we use is retiring after 45 years. We need someone with a truck, grader and roller for about a 3/4 mile stretch off the neck road. Thanks.

Does anyone know what the towns/DPW use to top off town dirt roads?

NH 304.4? NH 304.5? Just sand?

I'm guessing RAP is not used if there is any water runoff nearby?
