Meredith Construction/Demolition?

Does anyone know what's going on with any of these:

They just tore down the old Pemi Glass building.
There's a new sign by Blue Water Realty on the property where the old used book store used to be (it would be such a shame to lose that old barn).
They just tore down the building where Dockside Florist used to be.

I don't believe one has anything to do with the other. I was just curious if there are any plans for their re-development. (I'm not sure if Alex Ray can fit another Common Man in somewhere
