I have called several places, and so far after 10 days, not a single return phone call. I am looking for a decent contractor to work on our dock, it needs to be reinforced and updated.
If anyone who reads this forum is a contractor OR has a good referral, please email me asap. I am looking to move forward with the repairs soon my email aquasun@comcast.net I dont read this forum often, so please either email or call 267 718 4089 thanks Jeff |

They probably are not answering because they are swamped with work at this time of year. I have seen a lot of barge movement on the lake in the last two weeks. They are completely re-doing the docks next to our place in Wolfeboro. two big barges. You might be waiting a bit.

Hi Jeff,
We return all calls within 24 hours (usually much sooner) and would be happy to give you a price on your dock repair. Please feel free to give me a call anytime this weekend to discuss the project. http://www.winnipesaukeeislands.com/docks.php Thank you, Mike Metcalfe Winnipesaukee Island Services

High recommend Winnipesaukee Marine Construction, Gilford, 603-293-7768. Call until someone answers the phone and ask for Patsy.
Lakesrider is right, this is very tough time to find someone. If your dock was severely damaged during the winter and you can't use it most will put you near the top of the list. My docks were wiped out by an ice flow 4 years ago and they got one dock serviceable but still took until the end of July to make all repairs. |
