Back around 1982-1988 what was the old Gilgord Inn became the Christmas Tree Inn. Two couples ran the Inn, bar and restaurant. Buzzy was the Chef, Robert the Maitrede', Carol and Susan were wiatstaff. They made an awesome Lobster Stew and one of their feature entree's was Veal Marange, served with veal, lobster, crab, and asparugus. What ever beacame of that great place ? Anyone know the recipe for the stew?
