Trailer tire issue

Today, I noticed that one of my trailer tires, was flat to the ground.
FYI, trailer has not moved since Oct. Single axle trailer.

Last week, it was inflated, though a little low. I t seemed to hold air, over the winter w/o any issues.

Would the tire loose air that fast in one week, to put tire to the ground ?

Taking off tire and will attempt to fill with air. BTW, have 3 of 5 lugs loosened, however, the last 2 are on pretty tight! Have sprayed with
BP Bolt- Buster oil, and leaving overnight. Will try to loosen tomorrow.
