Default 1st night on Welch this year

Last night 21 April was late for us to spend the 1st night on Welch however the 1st evening is always special. A nice dinner with a bottle of good wine and a table for two with a lake view. And then a nice sunset. Not overly spectacular but there it was right in front of us. In the afternoon we had walked around part of the island and saw no indication of anyone else on Welch except for ishoot308.

Back inside the wood stove was cooking and the afterglow of the sunset was still visible. Not bad at all.

It doesn't matter how many times you see that sunset, it NEVER gets old. Thanks for posting that picture, it reminds me why I'm down here working my tail off so I can come back to enjoy the lake.
