Weekend Boating Going to the Dogs

I swear, these boaters out on the lake just don't seem to know the rules. I can't believe this driver EVER passed the boating safety exam. Who let this guy drive anyway!!!!

I know for a fact that this boat driver was looking at loons and not what was in front of him. We were all very nervous.
