From the Ooops I Forgot Dept ;
This morning and tomorrow morning (Fri, 5/6) there's a minor meteor shower (? meteor drizzle ?) occuring. Perhaps not reason enough to get out of bed but if you're up or so inclined, look to the east in the pre-dawn hours (2 - dawn). There could be a few earth grazers with spectacular tails early in the AM. http://www.spaceweather.com/meteors/...aaquarids.html

Thanks for the info and the link. Very interesting. I'm not up by choice at that hour but the dogs usually are...
