Default Environmental impact Rules and Regulations

Would I contact the Army Corp of Engineer's or the Department of Environmental Services for misuse of land and/or RV sewage issue's.

I am researching this and wanted to know if someone had any information that would make it quicker.

If you would like to contact me privately instead of posting, I certainly understand and feel free to email me a LakeWinniBoater@aol.com.

Thank you in advance for your help and concerns.

Exclamation Army Corps of Engineers

I had a case when some state politician tried to use his 'political clout' in putting in a landfilled berm to extend his dock. The local wetland and the state evironmental office gave him the OK by giving him a 'land grant'. Then the shoreline was altered and the sand shifted to the point I now have a dry dock. I took this matter to court but to no avail.
Years later, I was talking to a private environmental engineer about it and he suggest I contact the Army Corps of Engineers. They told me it was never registered with them so therefore it is illegal. When I ran it through the local wetland board, the head quits the board. When I went to the state, they say it is too late. Right now I am at war with my neighbor and he is threatening me because I like to take the case back in to court.
Yes do, have the Army Corps of Engineers involved.
