Licensed Home Inspector in Lake Region?

Hi All!

Your suggestions last month on driving directions and restaurants were on-target and much appreciated. We had a great trip and would like to hear from any of you who can let us know about a good home inspector that you may know or have used.

We need a qualified person for an older home- someone who has done this for more than a couple of years, and certified.

I highly recommend Mark, he did one for me last week - very experienced and professional - had my report the next day! He provides great recommendations for all aspects of your new home.

Carla Horne in Meredith. Very experienced with older homes. Grand View Home Inspections 279-8619

New England ProSpect Property Inspections

603-235-6015 cell to book the inspection.

Ask for Greg Davis, Owner. Either him or Jon Bossey can do the inspection. Best team out there by far. Jon is a local guy, grew up in Meredith with strong ties to the community. Both are State Certified with 1000's of inspections between them and years of experience. Excellent computer generated reports and they are all about the client first and foremost.

I heard from a forum member about something Carla missed that cost an awful lot of money to fix, so I believe I could use another suggestion or two on home inspectors in the Wolfeboro area. Thank you!
