so what is being built on Union Ave in Laconia beside the Dunkin Donuts where the historic home used to sit. looks like a strip of 4 stores maybe?

plans to construct a 4,850-square-foot retail building on the northern half of the 1.6-acre lot while reconfiguring the access to the drive-up window at Dunkin' Donuts. Martin Gross of MHF Design Consultants of Salem, New Hampshire said that building would be divided into three units, two of 1,650-square-feet and one of 1,550-square-feet and would be served by 27 parking spaces, 11 more than required. |

In light of all the empty store fronts in the area, do we need more? Looks like Cafulla is slapping the city's face for giving him a tough time regarding the Hathaway House.
