Being Built beside the DD on Union Ave

so what is being built on Union Ave in Laconia beside the Dunkin Donuts where the historic home used to sit. looks like a strip of 4 stores maybe?

plans to construct a 4,850-square-foot retail building on the northern half of the 1.6-acre lot while reconfiguring the access to the drive-up window at Dunkin' Donuts. Martin Gross of MHF Design Consultants of Salem, New Hampshire said that building would be divided into three units, two of 1,650-square-feet and one of 1,550-square-feet and would be served by 27 parking spaces, 11 more than required.

In light of all the empty store fronts in the area, do we need more? Looks like Cafulla is slapping the city's face for giving him a tough time regarding the Hathaway House.
