Seasonal Property Management Company?

I am looking to engage a property management company on the north side of the lake (Meredith/Center Harbor) that would provide a fairly set of services for the winter - weekly physical visits to our house, coordinating any issues (i.e.., loss of heat, etc). Any recommendations would be much appreciated!
