What is open?

The flag was getting tattered at the corner so when I was in the flag section of the hardware store I found one wrapped in plastic that showed red, white and blue. When I opened it, I found a surprise.

My wife said fly it anyway. I'm not sure what it means except buyer beware.

I always wave when I go by. One day last season I was tempted to call my wife, who wasn't with me at the time, to see if I happened to be there when the image updated. Oh well it's still fun to wave. Maybe sometime we will stop by to say hello.
