Any recommendations to get my lot lines staked out and a plot plan

I used Bryan Bailey out of Gilford, Nice guy and did a good job with my complicated plan.

If your lot has been staked - a good metal detector will find the existing stakes. If you are sub-dividing a lot then yes you will need a surveyor. Hambrook in Sandwich is another. I used Hambook to find my pins. All he used was a good metal detector. |

If there are pins, then a metal detector will find them. If OP needs new pins, then of course he will need a surveyor. A plot plan can be had at the town hall. What is the reason or needs of OP? Not clear. And I did state the name of a qualified surveyor in my post. Whew ! |
