Does anyone know what top speed would be with a Merc. 150 on a 3000# Bayliner Trophy Walkaround? It,s 20ft.

I am going to guess 43-45mph. My 21' walkaround with a 225 opti is good for 52-54mph.

Probably 38 to 42 because my Crestliner 2160 Eagle SST which is aluminum and the same boat used by the Bavarian Red Cross has a Suzuki 150 & Merc 9.9 will go 46 absolute tops on a calm day in September. Post Scriptum: It's for sale, cheap, at www.faysboatyard.com w/ many photos.
