Looking for info on Weirs condo?

I was at the lake this week and drove by a new condo development that was on White Oaks Rd (just off of Weirs Blvd on the left). I think the name was Paugus View or something close to that. I was interested in getting more info, but can't find it listed on the web anywhere (even realtor.com). Does anyone know what agency is listing that site?

There was a sign, but I lost the number I wrote down.
