Tactical Monocular and Flashlight suggestions

Requesting suggestions for Tactical Monocular and Flashlight ?

Monocular must be small, prefer rubber coated, water resistant, fog-proof lens, and have a better than average field of vision.

Flashlight, must be small, at least 1,000 Lumens of light, and prefer water-resistant. If it has a 'mounting' capabilities to a rifle/pistol would be a Plus !

If you have any favorite websites, where one can purchase, would be appreciated !

Streamlight (www.streamlight.com) makes incredible flashlights. The have a line specifically for firearms.
Bushnell makes a decent monocular. mostly developed for hunting and for golf with a built in rangefinder.
