Was thinking of being "sick" wednesday and coming up to pick up leaves in the yard. Two questions, are they all down now and is there any snow at all on the ground? Would be in Moultonborough and Wednesday is looking like the best day so far. Thanks!

Most of the leaves are down, but it will depend heavily on how close to the water you are. I was just admiring this weekend that there still seems to be quite a bit of color left around the shore line. There are some very, very small plowed snow piles left, but other then that the grounds bare.
I wish you luck dpg, the city of Laconia stopped picking up leaves the beginning of this month so anyone here who hasn't gotten to it yet might as well wait till next season.

In the Alton area most leaves are down laying on the ground, however there are still the old pesky oak leaves still on the trees.

dpg, it may already be too late. I was up last Friday and the leaves are starting to stick due to moisture and freezing. I get on the roof and use a blower and it was harder this time cleaning out the gutters. With the rain today it will likely get worst. I'm coming up Saturday to do other business and clean the leaves. I've done it four times already and was hoping this would be the last one. May have to wait until spring. Hope it works out. If you do go up, let us know how it is.
Thanks Dave M |

dpg, you should still be able to rake up your leaves. I did 2 clean ups today the 2nd one in the rain (not much fun even with th eright equiptment) There might be some snow on the ground but should not inhibit the work.

Went up yesterday, all done. Some were sticking to the ground though.
