What's going on at the Lobster pound ?

What's going on at the Lobster Pound on Weirs Beach ? I see a foundation has been put in. Are they rebuilding the place, or is something else going in there ? As an aside: I guess the frost has not got a hold in the soil this year, because I see contractors building everywhere.

The new owners are rebuilding it to a more modern building from what I have heard.

I did not even know that it was sold. It's a good location, but over the years it was closed-up too often. Perhaps these new folks will change things for the better.

Thanks guys, I drove by last night after being out of town for a weekend and the pound was gone!
