Default Property Appraisal

Hi....

I'm looking for a website where I can find property appraisals for the following N.H. towns:
Barnstead
Bristol
Gilmanton

I have tried to research using 'Vision Appraisal' website,
http://www.visionappraisal.com/databases/nh/index.htm
but this site does not report on these towns mentioned.

If anyone has any other resources, it would be greatly appreciated.

THANKS !

Default May not be available on line

I took a quick look at Barnstead's town web site, appraisal office and it sounds like they don't provide info via web.
http://www.barnstead.org/townbusines...gofc_text.html

The only reason Vision has info on a town is because they do appraisals for the towns and the towns ask them to publish it via the web.

The towns you are asking about may not use Vision or may not want the info on the web because of cost or privacy issues.

Probably the best way to check is to see if the town has a web site, and then check for the appraiser's office. If the town doesn't have a web presence they probably don't do anything online.

Default

Of the 3 towns you asked about only Bristol has the information for Property Valuations available on line. http://www.townofbristolnh.org/Home%...LUES-FINAL.pdf
You will not get the actual property valuation data/card only the amount it is valued at. It is listed by map & lot number not address.

Towns are not required to make property valuations available on line but many do as a convenience to the tonws residents and those who need the information in the course of their business. Realtors & bank appraisers are 2 that come to mind.
