Hello - this is a first post for me. I am looking for a good family/bowrider boat, and like the Sea Ray 240 sundeck. If anyone has had experience with that (positive or negative), or chose another similar boat over the sea ray, please let me know. Thanks!

I have had a lot of boats on this lake , large and small, and I have driven 3 different 240 Sundecks and have been very impressed with the way they handle the rough water. I've been thinking of purchasing one for myself too

I bought a 220 Sundeck last fall and love it. Great layout for family cruises. The deep V hull handles the waves well. We live on an Island so that is important. I researched a lot of deck boats before deciding on this one. I bought it in Massachusetts where it was a lot cheaper than the Sea Ray dealer on the lake.

I almost bought a Sea Ray myself but fell in love with a 23' Maxum bowrider with tons of storage space. It's 23'10" so almost 24' and would make a great family boat. Check it out:
