Endicott St N land (Cumberland Farms)

Does anyone know who purchased the land on Endicott St. N. in Laconia near the Weirs that is next to the Cumberland Farms ? That plot of land must have been for sale for over 10 years.

Thank you. This piece of land is right across from the Meredith Bridge condos.
