Could anyone recommend a good trainer in the Wolfeboro area. Looking for someone who will come to the house 3 or 4 times a week. Wife is looking to stay in shape and 2 boys looking to work out for football. They would be working out at different times. I have a pretty good set up of equipment at the house but am really looking for someone who can do core work and functional training. Wife would be year round, boys just in the summer.
