Default Looking for best place to watch Patriots game

I'm bringing some folks up to the lake this weekend and unfortunately we do not have cable at the camp. So, I am looking for the best place to boat over to and watch the Patriiots game. We don't mind a short (less than half mile) walk from the dock. Any suggestions?

Well...not sure which side of the lake...but my vote is for Akwa Marina. Especially if it's a nice day...outdoorsy-feel and great views. Plus good food and good drinks. Two thumbs up! (And tell the bartender that Matt Damon sent you. ; )

Default Avery's

In Lakeport is a good bet. You can ask if you can dock your boat at Irwin's or Lakeport Landing and walk over.

You can watch the game at the NAZ, although it can be a bit crowded and noisy.

In Meredith, you can walk up to the Frog Hat Tavern.

Akwa is definitely nice, if you can get good dock space. If its crowded I am not sure you will be able to hear the game!

Crazy Gringo is always fun on a sunday with the game on...

If its nice you will find me on the deck of Lobster Pound.... game on and frosty beer in hand!

Check the cam, you can see how many spaces are open, that's why it's there

Thanks for recommending us!!

We will have the game on the TV at the bar, the outside one near the lake, and in the 1st Pavilion. We can definitely crank up the volume. For games that it is dark enough out we will also be using a huge projection screen for the games too.

We will have some fun specials for the game:

App platter with buffalo Mac and cheese bites, calamari, fries with sweet chili dipping sauce, 6 BBQ wings for 9.99

2 of Our gourmet Hot-dogs (these are awesome) and a 22 oz NH White Birch Belgian pale ale for 9.99

Bucket of New England beers (Sam lager(2) Wachusett IPA (1), Wachusett Pumpkin (1) 11.99

New England brewed drafts $4 during the pats game

Don't forget we also have Lakefest Saturday!
We are still open 7 days a week too!
Thanks
Kurt

That sounds great we will definitely be coming over to watch the game. What time to I need to get there to ensure we get dock space (24' FourWinns), or how did I get a dock reservation?

We open at 11:30 and boats start to come in right away. But they don't fill up till just after noon but there is a lot of turn over so worst case you would have to wait a few minutes floating in your boat. It is important to keep in mind that you can dock on the outside of D dock as well as A dock. I have never seen D dock full but docking there on a rough day is less than ideal. If you come by jetski please do not park on the beach there are children swimming.
I for one can't wait for the game. Go Pats!
