Email contact for Marine Patrol?

Hello,

Does anyone know if the Marine Patrol supports an email or website method of contact? It does not appear that they do based on the websites I've found.

I have a non-critical, not time sensitive issue to report and it seems that email would be a good method for this type of contact.

Marine Patrol portion of the State website is showing under construction.

Here's the mailing address and telephone #. I guess you could call and see if they have an email address, or if they prefer a written and signed letter.
